Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, let's talk about it.
However, below are the guidelines for our return policies.
Refund Policy:
Our sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless in case of any manufacturing defects. We will allow to our customers 5 days after an item is received based on provided tracking information. We provide this time to inspect that everything came in good conditions and after this period claims are not going to be accepted.
Attention: Before returning any item, please get in touch and send us any evidence that the item is defective. We will then analyze your case and get in touch with you with a solution. Also to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with no missing parts.

Return/Credit Process: Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim. If you are approved, then we will either replace the item or issue a store credit which will automatically be applied to your within a pre-disclosed amount of days.
Sale items: All sale items are final sale only and cannot be refunded.
